Our History & Outlook

In 2013, Ayasan was founded in Thailand by a Japanese entrepreneur. After graduating from an American university and gaining experience with companies like Disney and Marriott, he launched Ayasan with a vision to specialize in home service staffing. Since then, we have provided job opportunities to over 50,000 individuals, spanning roles from housekeepers and babysitters to caregivers and drivers. We welcome applicants without prior experience, offering free training and short-term accommodation (available at our Bangkok office only).

Beyond Thailand, we have expanded our presence throughout Asia, with bases in Indonesia, Vietnam, and Laos. Our team has grown beyond 50 members. Our next expansion targets are Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Cambodia, and the Philippines. We're also aiming to support cross-border employment opportunities – for instance, someone could apply and train in Thailand and then work in Japan. We provide support throughout this entire process.
