*Minimum contract: 3 months. The deposit will be refunded within 30 days after the contract ends, or it can be deducted from the final month’s service fee.
**Service fee includes: service planning and matching between employer and employee, caregiver’s salary, replacement guarantee, criminal background check, uniform, and interview fee.
***Salary does not include overtime, meals, transportation, or other personal expenses.
(1) Live-out caregiver
(1.1) Day shift: Working hours 07:00–17:00 or 08:00–18:00 (including 1-hour lunch break).
(1.2) Night shift: Working hours 19:00–05:00 or 20:00–06:00.
(2) Live-in caregiver
Working hours: up to 10–12 hours per day.
The caregiver will mainly provide support during the day and assist at night as needed (e.g., repositioning, taking to the restroom, changing diapers).
However, they cannot work continuously throughout the night, such as waking every hour.
